Yes, we provide a real CE certificate. Most of these stories stem from a time when China was very unregulated. Interestingly Chinese product certification (CCC) is more stringent than European CE standards. Our partner lab is subsidised by the Chinese government and therefore very strict about building a reputation about China’s quality standards. Our partner lab is accredited and audited by notified bodies from the United States, Europe and within China (FCC, SGS, Phoenix, CNAS, A2LA, TUV, UL, MiCOM Labs).

Yes, we provide all the reports just like any other lab. After the certification process is complete, our partner lab will upload the reports for the performed tests. You can view an example of such a report below.

You have to make sure your device operates normally during the test. For some tests the test engineers might have to configure the product into a different mode. For example Bluetooth RF tests need to be done at low, medium and high frequency, so this needs to be configurable. But we will inform you exactly what is needed when we have made a quote for you.

If we encounter any problem our English speaking engineers will contact you via a video call to solve the problem.

Yes, but we will take care of that. You’ll send the required amount of PCBA’s to us and we’ll take care of the rest. The international shipping, importing/exporting and additional cost are all Ninja Lab’s responsibility.

Electronic products are developed, tested and manufactured in this city around the clock. In the city of Shenzhen there are already more than 50 accredited test labs competing.

A major advantage about low cost is that it is actually possible to do all the tests you need and the ones that are “nice to have”. Whereas in Europe since CE is self-certifying you see companies skipping expensive tests and taking the risk because it’s just too expensive. So one could argue the quality and value of your product will increase by doing testing in China.

We always say: “you cannot protect hardware” the moment you sell its out there. If your product is worth copying it will be copied sooner or later whether it’s shipped to China or not. We have worked for many years now with our partner lab and have never seen signs of IP infringement. Also we take good care of your samples and will return them to you after testing, so nothing is left behind.
